Please note we are unable to take any travel queries or provide vaccines between 24th June and 23rd July 2019. Please contact another provider if you need vaccines or advice during this period.
If you are travelling abroad it is sensible to make provision a minimum of six weeks in advance of your expected date of travel.
The surgery has a full stock of all vaccines and can give full guidance on health matters relating to travel abroad and long haul flights etc.
Our practice nurses have up-to-date information and would be delighted to discuss your individual requirements.
Please note that the provision of Travel Clinic Advice is not an NHS service and charges will apply as follows:
Travel clinic consultation and advice = £10.00 per 15 minutes. Usual consultation length required will be 30 minutes, (Min charge £10.00)

If you would like to obtain your travel advice and vaccinations from us then please complete the online questionnaire below or call into either surgery to collect a Travel Leaflet, complete the questionnaire and return to us. One of our nursing team will then contact you to arrange an appoinment and inform you of the charge. Please note that your appointment will not be confirmed until you have paid the appropriate fee advised. Our nursing team will then reasearch all the latest advice and guidance regarding your destination(s) in order to give you the best advice and vaccination coverage.
Please note that depending upon your travel plans and appointment of longer than 15 minutes will normally be needed to administer all vaccines and to give you the best advice on staying healthy during your trip.
