Please note we are only able to carry out a small number of specific vaccines at Park Medical Practice. Please submit an online request using the Contact Us button, with details of where you're travelling and how long you're travelling for. Our Nurses will assess this and let you know whether or not we are able to administer the vaccinations you require.
