Other Feedback
Feedback has shown that some patients feel dissatisfied when referred to a pharmacy. We understand that some patients may feel unsure or disappointed when referred to a pharmacy. This may be due to a lack of clarity about the pharmacist’s role and the range of services they are trained to provide. We are looking at ways to help patients better understand the different roles of the healthcare professionals within the surgery, and we hope to include more information about the important work pharmacists do as part of this. We will also look at our referral pathways to ensure they’re up-to-date and accurate.
